Personally

I am a proud mother of 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren. My interests include watercolor art classes, golfing, walking and riding my bicycle around Ft. Langley. I attend a local church, go to movies, swim, play cribbage, and travel with friends. I also sing in the Langley Community Chorus.

My passion is caring for others and empowering them to make healthy choices for themselves. This passion was first expressed in my career as a Registered Nurse, then as a mother, and more recently as a clinical therapist. My clients describe me as a warm and caring professional who is skilled at coaching them to develop their own wisdom in solving problems. I am very proud of my clients when I see them reach the goals they worked so hard to achieve. You will anonymously meet some of these clients through their testimonials in this website.
